What we collect, and why.
This page explains plainly what data Hainet collects on this site, what it's used for, who it's shared with, and how to have it removed.
Who's responsible
This site is published by Hainet S.A., a Haitian corporation, 5 rue Darguin, Pétion-Ville, Haiti. A member of groupe HTV. Contact: info@hainet.ht — WhatsApp +509 3566 2222.
The data you give us
When you check your coverage, request a quote, or write to our assistant, we record what you enter: your name, your phone number, your neighborhood or city, and the message you write.
This information serves one purpose only: so an advisor can call you back and tell you which technology is available at your address and at what price. It's stored in our sales tracking tool, hosted by Kommo. We don't sell it and we don't rent it out.
Browsing data
We measure site traffic to know which pages are useful and which aren't. Three tools are in place, and they set cookies:
- Google Analytics — page views, referral source, reading depth. Your IP address is anonymized before processing.
- Meta Pixel — measures how well our ads perform on Facebook and Instagram, and lets us avoid showing an ad to someone who has already signed up.
- Microsoft Clarity — records how your visit unfolds (movements, clicks, scrolling) so we can see where a page gets in the way. Form fields are masked by the tool: what you type is not recorded.
You can decline these measurements for this browser, no need to ask us: the button below prevents all four tools from loading on every page of the site. Your choice is saved in your browser; you'll need to do it again on each device, and after clearing your browser data. We don't rely on the "Do Not Track" signal, which most tools ignore.

How long
A sales inquiry with no follow-up is kept for twenty-four months, then deleted. Traffic measurement data is kept for fourteen months. An active customer's data is kept for the duration of the contract and of our accounting and regulatory obligations.
Who it's shared with
Our technical providers, and no one else: Kommo (sales tracking), Google, Meta and Microsoft (traffic measurement), and our hosting provider. We hand data over to an authority only if Haitian law requires it.
Your rights
At any time you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to info@hainet.ht or on WhatsApp at +509 3566 2222. We respond within thirty days.
Security
Exchanges with this site are encrypted. Access to our sales tracking tool is by named account and limited to our sales and support teams.
Pricing and availability
Prices shown are in US dollars, before applicable taxes. Advertised speeds are maximum speeds: actual speed depends on your equipment, your area, and your indoor wiring. The technology installed depends on the address. Our offers comply with CONATEL requirements.
